"Breakfast good & different each day. Had to make my own bed & garbage was not emptied. It’s an 8 floor modern building with comfortable beds & is very quiet. Sadly for such a large hotel it only has 4 handicap parking places so you might have to park in the back 40 like me."

"This property is nothing like what’s shown online. The photos make it look clean and well-maintained, but the reality is completely different. The condition of this place is unacceptable…dirty throughout, with carpet literally being held together by duct tape, stained and worn dining chairs, and torn bedding that should have been replaced long ago. The elevator (only 1 of 2 available) was dirty and had graffiti, and the entire building smelled strongly of cigarette smoke mixed with body odor. The furniture in the entryway is old and worn down, giving a very poor first impression. Worst of all, there appeared to be black mold in the bathroom, which is a serious health concern. This was extremely disappointing and honestly shocking compared to what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here. It felt neglected and pieced together with quick fixes. I was not offered a refund or change of hotel when I called customer service. "
