「Smoke detector covered in plastic. Heater blew only cold air. Plug ins were loose that cord could fall out. Receptionist had no greeting, no hello or welcome. Moved to 2nd room. Much better. Drawers in dresser were broken. Wood floor dirty, needed to clean your socks before putting on your shoes. Manager was helpful. Web page said they offered breakfast, but breakfast was NOT available. Good parking, low price.」

「For the most part everything was fine except they put us in a handicapped room for some reason even though such a room wasn't requested. I should have complained right away but didn't, my bad. The other issue we had was the internet/wi-fi. I was unable to connect by following the instructions on the tv so I called the number listed but they were unable to help so the agent provided another contact number which wasn't operational. As a last resort I called the front desk and they sent someone...

「I had a wonderful time staying here. Breakfast was really good, rooms/hotel were clean and staff was nice.
There were a couple instances in the two days I was there that were odd to me though. One morning at breakfast there was a guy slouched back passed out at one of the tables with his backpack.
The other instance was when I was trying to check out. There was a lady getting some of the free coffee and she started talking to me. After a few moments I realized she was homeless and crazy which...

「What is the deal w the guy who lives upstairs in the room behind the curtains? I’m still trying to figure out whether he was sick or having routine respiratory issues.
