「It does exactly what it says on the tin. I always stay here during Henley royal regatta. It’s not cheap and this time the room was a bit small, but generally it’s all good. Staff were super nice. For me, a bonus is having Waitrose and another supermarket just a few minutes away. Means I don’t have to buy hotel food.」

「It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh).
