"Staff is non-existent, breakfast was an empty pot of coffee and a breakfast bar and random cat meowing throughout the hallway most of the night. The hotel is on the water but it’s all rocks and you can’t get close. It was ok for our purpose of using a place to sleep but not hang around the property."

"The common restrooms were unclean and lacked basic toiletries. The staff was inattentive, and we were informed that if we sat by the bar tools, we were expected to purchase drinks and food. It took over an hour to receive our appetizers, and we ultimately had to go to the bar ourselves to order additional drinks. Overall, the service was poor. When we asked if Spanish music could be played, we were told the music selection was based on the bar’s theme in the Margaritaville next to the pool area."

"Room was fine, lovely view from the hill. It was very difficult to sleep due to roosters were so loud all night long. Parking was not the easiest. "

"The Stay was amazing overall! The customer service was impeccable, everyone was so kind! The property itself is vast and private -- VERY SAFE (there is a security gate you have to sign in just to get to the property). The pools were amazing, the beach is more so to tan on and appreciate the view. The sand is grainy and there's seaweed and the actual water is dangerous with riptides. The resort was extremely clean and not a single bug in site. I think this place is better for a shorter stay as you are far away from san juan and fajardo to do excursions. I would also recommend renting a car for those reasons as well as for food. The cafe is amazing for breakfast with smoothies and acai bowls, the pizza pool bar is awesome, but the main restaraunt "Trova" is underwhelming. Overall: A beautiful resort and an EXTREME value for the price range"
