「Clean room of good size with some refreshed fittings and everything working well. Good bed, if a bit short (though only for very tall folks). Super helpful staff, unpretentious and smiley. Only 'complaint' is that I think I read on Expedia that reception closes at midnight... But then told that I could have got into the room even if I had arrived later... Ironically this meant I rushed and stressed when I was delayed on my journey by other things. Not their fault ofc but had I known that 5 mins...

「The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. There could be some seepage at the bath tub as there was a pool of water on the toilet floor after my shower, even though there was a glass door to stop water from splashing over to the floor. The car park is conveniently placed. The English breakfast...

「I booked a double bed room with a sofa bed to accommodate for 3 persons. The sofa bed was found not in good condition. Hotel arranged one more single room to us without additional charge. A good customer experience to us!」

「My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The place is charming and an experience in itself. It is an old house, but the rooms are in a perfect condition and spotlessly clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is great for exploring the area to the west of London, including Salisbury, Bath and Bristol in a car. 」
