「Really nice.」

「The shower hardly worked, it had a large shower head but water only came out of a handful of the holes and there was no hot water no matter how much the settings were adjusted so ended up washing my hair in the sink! The bed was uncomfortable and so had a really poor nights sleep. The only coffee in the room was for the nespresso machine, would have been nice to have a choice of capsules and instant coffee sachets. The pub and restaurant were very nice but I wouldn’t stay again unfortunately 」

「Found the place expensive £7 a pint, and £13.50 for a breakfast, which we didn’t bother with.Also the room I paid for double room with an extra single bed, had been given to someone else, which by the way I had phoned up two days previous to verify I had.Staff I spoke too were nice, but I would never go back there.」

「The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. There could be some seepage at the bath tub as there was a pool of water on the toilet floor after my shower, even though there was a glass door to stop water from splashing over to the floor. The car park is conveniently placed. The English breakfast...

「This hotel is nice enough but needs investment and to examine its pricing structure. It looks and feels dated. Everything was 'okay'. Clean with good staff, but the food and rooms were average at best and extremely overpriced. The most annoying thing for me was that a pint of lemonade and lime was more expensive than any of the pints of beer. That is simply wrong. I had an Executive Room. This just means that your room is in the original house rather than the annex. Again, it was 'okay', but...
