" Tried to get a cart before 4pm check in time. Dude rude and refused. Then came back at 4 and room wasnt ready. They let us swim. Pool area dirty. Trash laying around. Pool cold, kids shivering. Longest check in ever! Got to room (for 6) no pillow cases or sheets etc for pull out couch. Kitchen was great. Lady was friendly and helpful!"
