"The staff was all lovely and very attentive! And the property is stunning and they are constantly cleaning. One of the cleanest and most well kept resort we have been to. My only holdback from giving a 5-star review is the food. The breakfast and lunch buffets are great with lots of options. However dinner was not what we expected. All restaurants except the steakhouse was buffet style. Some you would do buffet appetizers & desserts and then order from a limited entree menu. I was most excited for Asian and it was completely buffet. And the food was lackluster. It also had lots of items with nuts which was difficult as someone with a nut allergy. But other than the dining we had a lovely stay"

We had a wonderful time swimming, playing at the water park, going to the beach, eating at the restaurants, and more. The entertainment each night was impressive and the volleyball games were so much fun. Shout out to Alex for hosting with much passion and kindness. Also Gustavo who made the water aerobics so much fun! Thanks also to the front desk staff like Rafael who are so helpful with luggage and giving me mosquito bug spray. We’d love to come to Dreams Cancun again!"

The beach is beautiful, with turquoise water and soft white sand, and the views of Isla Mujeres are breathtaking. Atmosphere: Relaxed, welcoming, and elegant without being stuffy. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a sunset dinner, or strolling the grounds, everything feels peaceful and effortless. Rooms: Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The balcony views were stunning, the bed was wonderful after long beach days, and the layout gave us plenty of room to spread out and truly relax.
