「First it’s confusing when you arrive, no idea where to go. Next, the woman there was very nice but not too helpful. Eventually got into my room, no AC, no electricity. After 2 hours like that sweating profusely we left. Ended up getting refunded but still cost for Ubers and taxis… on the positive side, the woman there was very polite.」

「The property I booked was amazing. I was the only guest but there were 3 bedrooms and a bathe room for each. The kitchen was a nice size, however I didn’t use it. I had a nice view of the pool from my balcony and the beach was great but there was a lot of seaweed. I’d book again for my next visit」

Nur die Dame von der Rezeption war bemüht und besorgte uns nach langer zeit einen neuen Router. Wir hatten Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer/Bäder aber Schlafzimmer sind ohne Fernseher, winzig u. unerträglichen Schimmelgeruch!!!! Keine Zimmerreinigung obwohl bei Expedia so angegeben! Toilettenpapier muss man sich selber kaufen! wir waren richtig froh diesen Resort wieder zu verlassen...

「Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. El agua de la habitación tenía un olor desagradable, lo que hacía incómodo su uso. Además, el servicio de limpieza solo entra si el huésped está presente; si sales durante el día, la habitación simplemente no se limpia, algo muy poco práctico. Otro problema importante es la temperatura de la habitación. A pesar de pagar un costo adicional por el aire acondicionado, hacía más calor dentro del cuarto que en el exterior, por lo que descansar era...

「I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here.」
