「The sand was so white and the water calm for swimming. The pool was large and always looked sparkling clean. The air conditioning in the room could be quieter at night.」

「The hotel in Punta Cana was stunning with a crystal clear pool that had plenty of sunbeds. I enjoyed relaxing there every afternoon with a cocktail. The beach was only a short walk away and had soft white sand. The atmosphere was calm and perfect for resting.」

「If you choose to do an excursion, have them clarify the exact pick up location. You will most likely have to walk to the Hard Rock hotel to get picked up. The property and the staff were very pleasant and responsive. Would recommend them to anyone.」

「My room was with pool view and balcony. Close to restaurant, bar, beach. Very good location. Check-in was fast we arrived in the middle of the night and staff waiting for us. Thank you very much, we definitely come back here! 」

「Great place had everything we needed in an apartment for a productive stay . Rosa was great at front desk . Beach could be better but overall peaceful. Be aware they charge an electricity fee upon arrival , didn’t know that until we checked in . Overall a nice place in front of beach and gated and close to shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere no need to uber / taxi unless excursions .」

「Poppi was excellent and made arrangements for us to have a place due to the original location not honoring our reservation since property being sold. There was somewhat of a language barrier but nothing the translator app couldn’t handle」
