「The pictures look beautiful, and when it was built 20 years ago, it likely was. But today, this hotel is very, very tired. The hall walls are damaged, the hall carpets are filthy, and the hot tub looks like it hasn't been drained or cleaned in 20 years. The loungers around the pool are broken and dirty. I would stay away from the place.」

「The property is nice and the staff very helpful and welcoming! The only thing was the constant noice on rooms and corridors from teenagers all night till way passed 3 am! Came to relax after a long work week and left very disappointed!」

「We had a comfortable 2 nights here. It’s very expensive to stay here - breakfast was $26 per person and evening meals were on the pricey side. The bar meals were good but had limited hours. We were disappointed that the beach wasn’t great. It was very busy over the weekend. We would consider staying here again but would check other options. 」

「Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

「The property is located on a hill near a bay side, offering a beautiful coastal view. Very nice beaches and attractions are within a short drive. Entertainment, music, continental breakfast and available parking was included at no extra charge. Pizzeria and dining restaurant at location were delicious. Spacious bar and outdoor patio. Good cocktails, including a variety of Mojitos. Big pool with an area for small children. Access to our room was somewhat inconvenient due to the amount of stairs....

「The room was spotless, the mattress and pillows a little too hard for my liking, the pool is clean and nice, there is coffe free of charge every morning (they should bring it a little earlier) even thou there is a nice bar rest. by the pool, is closed, there is not much entertainment close by and the parking situation is difficult. The staff is friendly and helpful」
