"It’s a beautiful hotel with a stunning beachfront. The only issue I experienced during our five-day stay was the room service and housekeeping. Despite requesting that our room be cleaned, the housekeeping crew never came by. I had to repeatedly track them down to request basic toiletries and fresh towels. The hotel did offer me a $100 food voucher to make up for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, it was offered on our last day. Overall, the hotel and beachfront are beautiful, but the housekeeping service definitely needs improvement."

"The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. On one day of my stay a woman was removing her extensions by the pool starting at 10am. When I returned from the beach at 3 she was still there and braids blew from her bag of hair and were floating through the pool. I quietly notified staff so as not to embarrass her or cause a scene. When I returned from dinner 2 hours later she was still there and more braids were floating through the pool. I again quietly notified staff and they said there pool maintenance team comes in the morning. I did tell them I felt it was strange no one checked on the pool all day as she had Ben there doing those for 8 hours! Also, there was a pool skimmer on the side of the pool so I’m not sure why the staff couldn’t just use that to remove the over a dozen braids floating through the pool."

"My stay at La Concha was one word: perfect. The food, the atmosphere, the staff, the room, I could go on forever about how much I loved this place. For all that’s included in this resort, you really do get a bang for your buck. My only complaint was the hold on my card during my stay but that’s pretty typical for hotels. Other than that, I would definitely recommend and stay here again!"
