Top Puerto Morelos Hotel Reviews
Dreams Natura Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Great stay for younger kids. Smaller layout but didn’t feel cramped. Food was excellent for an all inclusive despite limited options during off season. Entertainment team was good with nightly shows and activities during the day for all ages. Only complaint would be overly pushy sales associate who had a problem taking “no thanks” for an answer as far my presence at their pitch meeting. Overall would go back tomorrow."
Royalton Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino - Newly Renovated
10/10 Excellent
"This was our first time visiting a resort and it was by far amazing. However, next time we will be booking the adult only side."
Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya - An Adults Only All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Dafne was an outstanding ambassador. We give her 5 Stars. She was attentive to our needs and took care of us. And checked in with us daily. The staff was great. The resort was at less than 50% capacity, therefore, the restaurants rotated being open and closed which limited our options throughout the two week stay. It’s a newer resort which is a big plus. Very clean facility in all aspects."
Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort- Adults Only - Newly Renovated
10/10 Excellent
"Property was beautiful and amazing. So happy we chose the Hideaway side and paid the extra for the Diamond Club as it was well worth the money. Staff was amazing and property was well maintained. Didn't want to come home!"
Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Clean room, nice staff, kid friendly, family friendly. Irving was extremely attentive and helpful to us all!"
Ventus Ha at Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Many of the staff were indifferent and seemed to be bothered to assist. Platinum Club staff members were rude and extremely condescending. I booked a 9 night 10 day vacation and Platinum staff told me no menu restaurants were available for my entire stay and I would have to eat at the buffet every day. I told the staff member to cut off my wrist band and return my money! Of course when I walked out, menu restaurants became available. My recommendation is management staff need to get out of the offices and observe what is actually happening. Oh in closing, management will deny this but if you are hispanic, you get priority and Anglos have to wait."
Holiday Inn Club Vacations Grand Residences by IHG - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"It’s was wonderful, great location, super friendly staff. Loved all the daily extra activities that were offered. Cons: tips were expected at every meal"
