"We had a slight issue with the thermostat in our room. The heater would kick on rather than cool. When maintenance could not fix the issue the manager on duty not only changed our room but had a bellhop assist us with transferring our bags from one room to the other. 10/10 service "

"The room was clean and well maintained, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Everything met our expectations, and the experience was comfortable and pleasant. For a future visit, I would prefer a room with a window offering a city view so I can better enjoy the New York experience. The staff was awesome. "

"Booked as we had an event at the Beacon. Perfect location for just that. Room was a decent size with good lighting. That said, it was very bare and for calling itself a 4 star .. it’s weird to me that you have to ask for toothpaste etc and the mini fridge. That said , I enjoyed my 2nights. It did the job. "
