「I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」

「The hotel, the rooms, and the furniture are all outdated. The furniture had stains on them. The ceiling looked like it was recovering from a leak. There were no activities offered at the hotel.
However, the staff were AWESOME !!! They made my stay worth it. It was my birthday and they showed me so much love.
The food options were limited (menu changes every two days) but the food was good and fresh.
The hotel was located next to lots of restaurants/bars/nightclubs.
