Room smelled of tobacco smoke. Toilet did not always flush. bathroom fan made loud noise and did not clear the steam.

This hotel was being used as a halfway house for homeless and section 8 housing. It should not be allowed to take guests without telling them

What’s we’re there for hours, lights everywhere for hours. The room was dirty. Ash on the floor. Bug on the window I have a picture for. I left after a few hours. Checked in around 8 ish. Tried to sleep and the covers were nasty ans smelled. Couldn’t sleep more then 1-2 hours before leaving before midnight. I paid insurance on the ticket. I requested a refun for the amount of approx 164$

Loved the upgraded room, the new modern bathroom, and the frig and microwave. Had stayed here many years under previous owners and they didn't have these nice amenities. Hated the in-the-wall non-upgraded air conditioner. When it rained, water poured in from outside, needed to put towels down to mop it up. Then smelled like mildew or urine when it ran later. Very unpleasant.

Smoke/tobacco/cigarettes odor
The room was supposed to be a non smoking room and the room smelled like someone had a pack of cigarettes few seconds before I arrived. The beds has cigarettes burnt marks.

Smoke Room
We booked a non smoking room. When we got in the room, it was absolutely clear that the room had been smoked in. It absolutely reeked of smoke, so my wife asked for a different room. They put us in the room next door. It reeked just as bad. My wife went back and told the front desk, but there was nothing that they could do because they were sold old. They did offer a 10% discount. We left nothing in the room, which is fortunate because when we got back, they had moved us back to the original room. I left my change of clothes in the car for the next morning. Upon arriving home, everything I wore in the room smelled like smoke. I think it's in the carpets and mattresses. I guess you get what you pay for.

This can provide to be very frustrating when we have limited availability and we are not able to offer an additional room as an alternate option. While we know compensation is a distance second to a comfortable night sleep, we value you your opinion and look to find alternate ways to address guests smoking in the rooms moving forward. Worst experience ever
It was terrible. I arrive and did not get the room that I was charged for you because it was ready. The service was decent s as representatives were not rude and actually got me into the room fast but the experience at the room was so bad that I would have preferred if people were rude. The room reeked of cigarette smoke to an unbearable level. I have never been expect to second hand smoke for more than a minute my entire so that only enhance the effect. I tried nearly everything I could find online about getting rid of the smell but it was as bad when I left as it was when I walked in. The room was terrible shape for a hotel and for the price I paid but in decent shape for a motel. I think it had a 3-stars heaven knows why. Avoid at all cost.

First of all breakfast was not very good. I understand bagged breakfast but most days there was no yogurt. There answer was we ran out. Second they had a filming for a HBO series and my car was hit. There answer file a police report. I will NEVER stay stay there again. I was very disappointed in this choice. Hotels.com you should not recommend them to anyone.

In the upcoming weeks we will start to re-introduce fresh fruit and more breakfast options for our guests to enjoy. Also, we were very sorry to hear about any damages to your car. However, car accidents and personal property damage would need to be filed with the proper authorities and disputed correctly with both insurance companies. We unfortunately are unable to mediate or provide compensation for car accidents within the parking lot. Decent :)
As expected given the price point. We arrived, got clean rooms, had decent wifi, and someone was always accessible at the front desk if we needed anything.

Telling potential customers that a percentage of occupancy is low income temporary housing should be mandatory Even though this facility is smoke free, prepare to see, smell and breathe smoke from the temporary residence indulging outside your door late into the night.
