「First off! The view was amazing! The club was amazing the food was as well!! But to top it off I messed my reservation up!! And they accommodated me any ways !! Like it wasn’t a problem!! I’d stay here again」

「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「Though the room was small for two beds it was very clean it had everything si needed. The towels were so soft and smelled wonderful. The breakfast basket was delicious, nutritious and very filling. I loved the tranquil setting of the hotel. 」

「Room was extremelly clean & neat. Staff was always very warm and ready to attend us. Amenities improved a lot (from my previous visit of 8 yrs ago). 」

「Pool was wonderful, staff was friendly. A bathing suit was missing from my drawer after returning from in town I wouldn't mentioned it to staff but it's irreplaceable and felt violating so I did. They were nice but of course I left PR without it. Also if you get a room by the pool you will hear very very loud music into the night early morning. It was fine for us as we didn't mind but someone might it was like a stereo in the room on full blast.」

「Todo muy bien con la estancia, justo al lado de la plaza de Ponce y áreas históricas, excelente acceso a las vías principales, todos los artículos necesarios para cocinar. Mí recomendación un abanico de techo para la sala/cocina sería genial para combatir el calor ya que no tiene aire central, solo en las habitaciones tiene aire acondicionado y el piso una buena limpieza, estaba sucio/ pegajoso. Todo lo demás excelente muy tranquilo buena localización y servicio. Definitivo lo volvería a...
