「Tv out of order. No warmer or warming system inside the room. Sleep inside room feeling inside the fridge whiel at outside 5 degree and I am feeling same. When I want to go out at night at 2am . I fi d the door locked. I feel hungry and I am helpless」

It was nice that they took time to take our order the day before. The turn down service was a nice touch and the room was absolutely stunning. We had a hard time getting ourselves to leave.
