「Tv out of order. No warmer or warming system inside the room. Sleep inside room feeling inside the fridge whiel at outside 5 degree and I am feeling same. When I want to go out at night at 2am . I fi d the door locked. I feel hungry and I am helpless」

「Una Guest House molto carina, situata all’interno di un palazzo storico. La nostra camera si trovava al secondo piano e non è presente un ascensore, quindi un po scomodo se avete bagagli pesanti. Nel complesso la camera aveva tutto quello che serviva e anche un po di più, asciugamani, sapone e anche bollitore con caffè solubile e tè. La colazione viene servita al piano terra ed offre opzioni salate e dolci, ti fanno pure le uova strapazzate se glielo chiedi. Il personale è stato sempre...

It was nice that they took time to take our order the day before. The turn down service was a nice touch and the room was absolutely stunning. We had a hard time getting ourselves to leave. A true gem. Much appreciation to the staff for make us feel so welcome and cared for.」
