We had a nice stay. 2 sisters, 2 friends. However I would recommend a few more areas to sit in the couch area where we stayed. Or a small bistro table with two chairs. There was just no area for us to be without standing. The shower also made a mess with water . Overall the staff was very nice and it's in a good location, very walkable

Great option convenient to transportation and shopping and suit options. The number one reason to stay here again is the people. The staff really knows how to be friendly, inviting informative and helpful without being obtrusive. Very knowledgeable, friendly and really care about making your stay a wonderful experience.

Very convenient suites close to metro and main sights of Porto.Room was clean - bed very comfortable and nice living area. Bathroom was modern.Breakfast was provided: eggs,scramble or fried. cereals,cake and fruit also there. A terrace was a nice addition. Only gripe was being allowed 4 coffee pods for our 4 day stay ( pay for extra!) No kettle,so use the Lavazza for hot water.

The place is so marvelous. Everything from a warm welcome to a vew, from unbelievable neatness to excellent breakfast. The unique and personal touch and appoach. Roman with his warm welcome, wonderful Teresa with her perfect eggs she made especially for us as we asked, Anna, who is very helpful and sincere. The view from the terrace was impressive. The location is perfect. Every main attraction is 3-5 mins walk away. Great restaurants around. One of the best hotels we stayed in general (and I always take hotel 9 in Expedia). Exceeded all expectations. If I go to Porto again, I will stay there again and save a hassle of looking for an accommodation there. Hard to find beter

Centrally located hotel located 30m from Porto Campanha. You can either take the taxi from the station or walk. From here, you can also explore different attractions by foot including the river area. With nearby shopping center, food market, grocery and a lot of resto and bars. The hotel check inn was pleasant. You need to ring the doorbell to open the door and we were welcomed by Victoria on the reception area upstairs. Breakfast choices were great and enough to start the day. Kudos to Teresa in the dining area who was so sweet. The best among everyone else. The room was big with comfy beds. There’s a fridge and a big closet. The bathroom was great as well except for the ceiling where there’s a small moldy looking section. There’s some noise at night from outside but did not bother us. We were able yo have a good night sleep. I will definitely choose this hotel again and will surely recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights with wife and 3 kids. The staff (Ana) was very nice and helpful. They stored our luggage while room was ready and we went out to grab lunch. They messaged us when room was ready (before check in time) Location was close to restaurants and many popular places. Breakfast was ok if you just want to grab something fast and start your day quickly. If you want to have a good, proper breakfast there are many good options close by. I would definitely recommend this place for a family.

The property description says they have a check in desk. Simple right? What they don’t say is that it’s up on the fifth floor in the hallway. Is there a sign in the vestibule at the entry telling you that? No.. you just have to go looking. So now you know. Run down place and the pictures are catfishing you. One thing now.. you can’t say you weren’t told.

El personal siempre se portó a la altura, el área de desyauno muy limpia y la variedad del buffet se me hizo amplia. La ubicación muy conveniente y cómoda. Si tengo un pero es que la puerta del baño fuera de vidrio sin ninguna llave, creo que es un poco extraño y no deja tener toda la privacidad que uno quisiera.
