We are all satisfied and if we will go back to Lourds we will definitely stay in Panorama Hotel and also we will recommend to our friends and family. 「The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of...

「The bed sheet smells other people’s perfume, gave me a different room, but see hairs on the bed sheet, owner said it’s ok, then at night taking shower, drains clogged couldn’t finish shower, but have to wait until next day, this hotel is 3star but it’s not maybe 1star level, talked owner a manager(owner of son), seems to they don’t care, please check bed sheet right after check in.The family business, seems service is very limited.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.」
