Great location, lovely staff and suitabke for bafic requirements. Could be noisy at times, but all part of the celebrations! Highly recommended for a base close to the sanctuary.

Love Lourdes

It was a good place to stay, close enough to the Grotto to walk, the only issue was parking, its a mess for anywhere you may stay.

Payment was commensurate to the room i got. TARI the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Location is walking distance to the entrance and along the way are shops for religious articles and restaurants. Safe to walk as the street to the hotel is frequented with people who are also on pilgrimage.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Decor is tired. eg big dent in the door. No hairdryer in the bathroom and the gap is dangerously exposed. No place to lounge as instead of a sofa there are bunk beds!

This hotel has an excellent location. It is just four blocks from the Sanctuary, so many restaurants by its property, the bus station is across from the street and the breakfast was excellent. And think that the hotel is a little bit old but has an excellent service, the place is clean and comfortable. I saw the hotels that are next to this and I bet they have the same concept but a higher price. If I come again, I will stay here.

The pictures in Expedia and the property reality are very different. Our apartment was in a bad shape. The cabinets were broken, the place overall was smelly, the walls were dirty. I don’t recommend to stay at this place at all!

Motel feel

It's a $50 hotel (that's what we paid). The floor in the room is a weird canvas material your feet stick to when barefoot. The soap in the shower is handsoap you'd find in the metro. we requested a double bed and got two singles pushed together, that meant no cuddling. I'm 6' and my feet were hanging off all night. It is very close to the main attractions and front desk was very friendly.

Internet was down entire day 1. Laundry room had one working machine and it was busy all the time. Then lady (ver nice) told us that we can park on top of hill behind the hotel. Ended up getting a parking ticket. Dishes had to be borrowed with 20euro deposit. Breakfast, we turned as they only had cereal and 2 croissants. However super close to restaurants and Lourdes itself.

This was a good property to stay for the night. I was a little disappointed that I had reserved the room with one double bed and three single beds as we had three kids with us. We ended up getting a double bed and a double sofa bed so we had to have three of us in one bed. But the hotel was great for giving us the entry code for the hotel as our drive to Lourdes got us there at 2am after reception was closed. Excellent communication by reception to ensure we could get to our room. The location had us but a mere 5 minute walk from Lourdes, and we were surrounded by great shops and restaurants. This is the place to stay if you don’t mind an older building with older fixtures and furniture. It was enough for us to sleep for a few hours to rest, shower and check out.

Fournaise " climatisée"

Arrivée à 19 h 10 alors que la réception fermait à 19 h 30 , j'ai trouvé porte close . J'ai alors consulté mes sms et mes mails pensant y trouver des instructions mais il n'y avait rien. Finalement j'ai appelé un numéro d'urgence affiché à l'entrée et on m'a donné le code pour accéder à ma chambre.Pas de vaisselle !Un kit ( strict minimum) sera fourni le lendemain. Mince ! Ni éponge ni torchon,il faut redescendre !Ayant réservé tôt, j' avais le choix entre plusieurs établissements. Mon principal critère de choix était la climatisation ,j'ai éliminé tous ceux qui n'en étaient pas dotés. J'ai opté pour celui ci pour son emplacement avec vue sur le pont.Grave erreur ! La température extérieure étant montée à 34 degrés,et la chambre étant en plein soleil tout l'après midi,il devait y faire 40 degrés à mon retour de promenade. Je décide de prendre un bain pour me rafraîchir,la baignoire ne se remplit pas ! Le débit est trop faible , je me contente de la douche. J'attends la tombée de la nuit pour ouvrir la fenêtre et avoir enfin un peu de fraîcheur . C'est la que commencent les festivités sur le pont. C'est sympathique. Cela dure jusqu'à 2 heure environ. Pas grave je me lèverai à 9 h ... Mais à 4 heure du matin,une équipe munie d'une soufflerie émettant un sifflement strident " nettoie" toute la rue , cela dure une demi heure, difficile de se rendormir ! Prestation non rendue ( la clim), mais tout est payé d'avance sur hôtel com ,pas question de remboursement. Une arnaque !

Muy amable la recepcionista. Ofreció desayuno que fue bueno. Las camas normales, igual que el baño. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, y hacia bastante calor.

Bon séjour, hôtel correct mais vétuste, confort limité. Propre dans son ensemble, un oreiller était plein de tâches jaunes de transpiration il y avait juste une simple taie d'oreiller par dessus. Hôtel bien situé proche de la basilique. Personnels très serviable, agréables et professionnels.
