Clean room and new towels daily, was nice to see them coming back from pilgrimaging! Did not have breakfast, but the staff were excellent and helpful. Thank you Theodore in particular for booking a taxi at 4AM after our booked Uber cancelled on us. 🔥🔥🔥💯🔥🔥🔥

The hotel is a five minute walk from the train station. Its location is accessible to everything. The room is dated but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. It fit our budget. We would stay there again.

Ontbijt: de yoghurt was op, het koffieapparaat gaf geen koffie meer. De ontbijtzaal werd niet opgeruimd, waardoor gasten geen schone tafel hadden. Geen personeel aanwezig om er werk van te maken.

Traveled with my young adult daughters who loved this stay because it is a little dated and a little old fashioned (sound of music vibes). The price was outstanding, but the breakfast reflected that and the overall facilities are a bit rundown. The staff was so kind and helpful and it is a very convenient location to the grotto and cathedral which is why we were in town. I would recommend it - only giving a four to be clear that it isn’t upscale or anything like that.

昔ながらのヨーロピアンスタイルのホテル。客室は清潔。バスタブのあるお部屋だったの有難い。朝食が美味しかった。建物は古いせいか、客室の床が歩くとミシミシと音がしたので、下の階の人の迷惑にならないかちょっと気になった。

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport au sanctuaire, ce qui est très pratique. Possibilité également de stationner la voiture gratuitement à proximité, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le personnel est cordial et accueillant, avec une mention spéciale pour le réceptionniste de nuit qui a été adorable, prévenant et très professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est correct avec du choix et le rapport qualité-prix reste satisfaisant. En revanche, la propreté de la chambre pourrait être améliorée : linge de lit et de bain propre, mais propreté générale moyenne (poussière, quelques taches sur les murs et rideau de douche à laver).
