「We absolutely loved our stay!! It was conveniently located with only a minute walk to the sanctuary of Lourdes. The food at the restaurant was fabulous and the staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. We highly recommend and will stay there again in the future.」

「The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of...

「No say in terms of price Poor room clean up. You can see hairs on the floor after cleanup. It may be ok if you just stay one night…. The service provided by the hotel canteen is far much more better than hotel’s hospitality 」

Other than a restaurant and the souvenir shops the amenities were minimal but very appropriate for the main focus of the location, the Sanctuary to Our Lady of Lourdes and the needs of the visiting pilgrims. Very centric and walking distance to the grotto.」

She is very kindly to everyone stay here. especially give the help for my friend (she is first time go abroad). and I've got a quiet place to pray in my pilgrimage step. 「雖然離主要景點都很近，但是以飯店的價格（套房35平方公尺，近300歐元），還是會覺得沒有這麼有價值。房間乾淨。早餐的環境不是很理想，選項也不多，飯店的員工雖然人很親切，但是感覺沒有經過太多訓練，每個人都不太知道在幹嘛。」

「Staff were very nice and helpful, hotel very convenient short Walkman to the sanctuary, room was spacious enough but what made the stay terrible were the beds. The mattresses were almost non existent, they were so thin you felt the boards underneath. It’s not an exaggeration. Our backs ached so much and we could not sleep , it was terrible.」
