“You pay what you get” the room is ok and enough space to walk around. Washroom amenities are basic and doable. The carpet looked old and dirty, the bonus is the elevator and walking distance to the Santuary of our Lady of Lourdes. One can walk around the surrounding area on foot. Staffs are great, very accommodating to one request. Would recommend this hotel and I would stay again at this hotel.

Pour la 1ere famille c'était top la chambre 304. Prise un peu partout avec trois lits séparés. Belle salle de douche. Pour la 2eme famille, c'était bien la chambre 209, mais dommage qu il yavait qu une seule prise pour les 3 personnes !! Et une petite tv pour les deux chambres.. Mise à part ça tres grande chambre spacieuse et grande salle de douche. Option petit dej et diner avec un tarif convenable et très bon. Gros point à améliorer la wifi qui est pas bonne.

Hotel is close to the Basilica of Our Lady of Lourdes. Friendly helpful reception staff. The room was noisy at night (1st floor + near elevator) Decor minimal, needs a coat of paint. Bathroom needs a renovation, shower plus shower curtain and sink needs replacing. Paid extra for City view - was a brick wall with the roof of the building across. Didn't have breakfast there for€20.00 Per day. No kettle or coffee/tea in room. More like a 2 star hotel but the price was higher than it deserves.

Front desk was helpful for us to locate street parking upon arrival. Chairs at the lounge (arm rests) mostly have holes. We had 2 twin beds that I think needs to be replaced already. You sink as you seat or lay down. TV size was too tiny for the room size and only 1-3 english channels, no cable . Reservations required for brkfst and dinner, hard to do as it is hard to tell if you will make it on time. Very accomodating in giving us hot water. No (small) fridge in the room Toiletries do not included shampoo Towels are more like kitchen towels, very thin and do not smell fresh. Our beds were made daily which was great. Heating source was small and did not warm the room well enough, and also took long to warm the room. It is an old building. Lady receptionist always pleasant though.

J'ai aimé le dialogue avec le personnel de l'établissement. Le personnel ne se fatigue pas de chercher à vous trouver de solution au problème posé, cependant, il est bien d'indiquer que le prix proposé par Oui.Sncf ne prend pas en compte le petit déjeuner au lieu d'une surprise désagréable à l'arrivée. En outre, le petit déjeuner qu'on paye est très basique et le service petit déjeuner finit très tôt, à 9h30 pour des gens qui ont parfois fait un très long voyage et qui doivent se reposer un peu plus longuement au réveil le matin. 10h-10h30 serait mieux comme dans d'autres établissements par le monde

Fuite d'eau dans la douche. Pas de seche cheveux. Trop de bruit en provenance des chambres voisines quelque soit l'heure.Pas de réclamation possible à faire. Pas de changement de chambre possible. Le jour du 1er mai, le personnel offre des muguets pour les gens blancs mais rien pour les gens d'Afrique ou des Dom Tom ou Asiatique????. Personnel qui dit bonjour avec difficulté vers les gens de couleurs. Personnel n'a pas le gout du contact client. Impossible de discuter avec un personnel comme ceci. Tans pis!! Petit dejeuner médiocre pour le prix. Pas de facture le jour du départ.Nous avons vécu une expérience dans cet hotel et c'est un hotel qui sera bannis pour la prochaine fois, c'est sur!!
