Lovely spacious room with a great view. Unfortunately the air conditioning was going but not at all effective and for a couple of nights we had to open all the windows all night to stay cool. A ceiling fan would have been a better option than the aircon. Kitchen area very dated and not completely clean but usable. There was enough provided for a week long stay and the location was excellent so I would recommend this hotel as great value for money.

The room was great and the beds were comfortable. Place was clean. I checked in after hours as no one was at the front desk. The email sent to me prior to check in was clear and getting inside was quite easy. Has good location and walking distance to everything.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to the sanctuary but far enough that it’s not too busy. There were 3 of us and while the regular beds were comfortable, the sofa bed was not. It didn’t have enough support and was squeaking every move you make. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and the buffet breakfast was very good.

Just excellent. Location great. Easy check in even though the reception was closed at that time on a Sunday. The room was large, clean and the bed comfortable. We were travelling with our 2 dogs - the hotel is pet friendly. We will stay here again on every future trip to Lourdes
