「Our family of 5 was in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was well furnished. We felt safe and slept well in this quiet hotel on the 9th floor (top). It is an easy walk to the grotto and has plentiful dining options nearby. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us. 」

「No say in terms of price Poor room clean up. You can see hairs on the floor after cleanup. It may be ok if you just stay one night…. The service provided by the hotel canteen is far much more better than hotel’s hospitality 」

「Enjoyed the proximity to the religious sites without being in the pilgrimage hotel area. It also worked out well coming from the train station to drop our luggage there and picking it back up on our way back out.」

「I like the Hotel set up and the staff are very friendly. What I didn't like was that as a Disabled person, I wasn't supported as expected especially supporting me with my luggage down to the reception which was very stressful for me to do it alone with my walking stick. .roommyugsrted 」

「The staff provided practical and fair tourism assistance. The hotel is nice and located at right at city centre. 」

「Front desk staff were all very friendly ready to help which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. About 30 minute walk from the train station and 20 minute walk to the La Grotto opposite direction, so half way between the places. Nice location by the river and lots of shops snd restaurants. 」

She is very kindly to everyone stay here. especially give the help for my friend (she is first time go abroad). and I've got a quiet place to pray in my pilgrimage step. It is a nice and beautiful experience at Lourdes. I hope to come back here again in the future. and hope my Lord bless them with each things at Lourdes.」

「Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble👍. L'hôtel est bien situé à 10 minutes de marche tranquille du sanctuaire de la grotte à 5 minutes de l'entrée du château 🏰 et à proximité de restaurants sympas. Le confort de la literie impeccable, mais la chambre que nous avions, était un peu petite surtout la salle d'eau quand on a le gabarit d'un pilier de rugby 😂 L'unité de climatisation est bruyant mais il ne nous a pas empêché de dormir.
