Desiree were super nice providing all information about our stay and further more. Bianca took care of my daughter and my daughter loved her . I forgot one of my bags in the hotel , they manage to send back for me and iam super happy the way they manage to send my bag . "We stopped here on the way between the Sourh of France and Baden Baden. We wish we could have stayed at least a week as the whole experience was exceptional. We therefore decided to spoil ourselves by dining in the exclusive Muse restaurant within the resort. The 6 course menu was fantastic."

The location is lovely we had a montain view apartment the view is great but it looks also on the car park.there is a big maze in the park for the children and a play area. The pizza from the restaurant is ok and very cheap. However there are hidden costs that the hotel add but they don't show on the website. they added 85£ for final cleaning, 10 £ per person for towels...
