「A wonderful quaint, old B&B. Breakfast was excellent and the owners and hosts, Doriano and Giovanna are knowledgeable and kind. They were helpful in providing extra linen, an early breakfast to go, and much valuable instruction on accessing area attractions. Also Tea the lovely lab is a sweet soul. The location is perfectly situated close to the ferry dock. The town of Dongo is precious and quiet and perfect for our needs. 「Really like the garden suite! Impeccable service. Very welcoming. Staff are very kind. Highly recommended for a romantic stay!」

「Excellent location. Lovely staff. The hotel is charming. What a treat」

「熱情的員工, 優秀山景, 空氣好, 交通略有不便, 吃飯要下山才好找. 洗衣機對旅遊客來說是個加分.」

「My rooftop guestroom can access via escalator and it has a balcony with lake view. Walkable distance from the pier. 」

「nice view! The lady at the reception is very kind. Staying one night there was a good choice for us.」

「N/A」

「I would have given a higher rating, but the communication with the hotel on how to get there were very challenging, we had to argue for a lake view room which we booked. Once we settled in, it became a very pleasant experience, lake view from the balcony through the trees, clean room, when we made sure they’ll clean it, convenient, walkable location to restaurants and ferries.」

「Absolutely loved the place, quiet and super cute hotel up the hill with view of lake como. Highlight of our trip」

「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」
