"We were at the hotel for just one night prior to a cruise, but we flew in in the morning. We were able to check in early, as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at the patio bar/restaurant and had an amazing waitress. We then enjoyed the beautiful beach for the afternoon. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for a typical charge. We were for to our room, and all of us found the beds extremely comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast in the morning was great! We ate poolside. Our departure was delayed, and again the staff was so accommodating, allowing us to stay after the usual checkout time. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub and beautiful Jacksonville weather. "

"Celebrated my man 44th bday. We had the junior suite with river view and it was awesome! But….I didn’t like that the internet on our tv’s didn’t work. We couldn’t connect our apps or play our music. Staff ain’t care they just said rooms in the building need work done on the internet. No comp was given, no money taken off total we paid nothing…The bathroom walls near shower needs updating as well. Parking was $16/day but we were able to park our rental on the street. Housekeeping was awesome they changed our bedding and restocked our coffee daily. The area was quiet and beautiful. Will definitely stay again in the Junior Suite for sure!"
