Omni William Penn Hotel

8/10 Good

"The room and bed were nice. Bathroom was on the small side but that is to be expected with an old hotel. It was very beautiful. TV was placed well and had a good guide and decent channel selection. Problems we had were the in room safe was broke and they could not fix it. Housekeeping did not replace dirty glasses daily. Nor did they restock toilet paper. We ran out and coffee was not restocked. Overall it was a good experience but they really shouldn’t fail so on easily corrected maintenance and housekeeping issues."

Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great experience at Drury Plaza Hotel in Pittsburgh! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The popcorn machine was a huge hit with our kids! We really enjoyed the free evening snacks and drinks. The free breakfast was really good! The pool and hot tub were quite nice. We enjoyed the rooftop patio as well. The location of the hotel was in such a great location making it really easy to get around downtown Pittsburgh by foot. The only negative comment is that the beds were very soft and made it difficult for my husband to sleep. Our kids keep asking when we can come back to this hotel! We would highly recommend it😊"
