"From the moment we walked in & throughout our stay the place smelled & gave off a dirty vibe. The floors in our room were dirty, the bathroom fixtures were broken, black mold in the shower, the chair was so dirty that we didn’t dare sit or put anything on it. We asked for extra towels on multiple occasions & we either didn’t get them or got them hours later. The front desk was left unattended despite there being a sign to staff that “this is the last notice” to staff to not leave the front desk unattended. The toilet seat was smaller than the toilet. We do not recommend staying here."

"Breakfast good, but we had to ask that breakfast included t waive the charges. Location was good, room was big, bathroom was decent. Chair was moldy in the room and staff should be bit more friendly and inform about the things better. overall solid 3 plus but with few changes, can become 4 stars"

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2 people for 5 days was pretty sparse. Most of the dishes and pots had food stuck on them and had to be washed before using. The price was good if it had been any higher we would have left and got a hotel room somewhere instead. "
