"There was mold on the curtain, the toilet seat was broke, there was hair, dirt and stains on the sheet. When brought to the attention of the front desk and asked to be either given a new room or a refund we were told there were no more rooms available and that we had checked in 2 hours ago and that they did not need to give us a refund.
