Staff was EXCELLENT! VERY KIND & willing to help, If I were to choose this hotel again it would be because of the excellent staff (front of house and dining are really superior)!

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and not overcrowded. Rooms are large with very high ceilings and the art deco architecture is beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in downtown Pittsburgh.

In addition to free breakfast, this hotel offered a free buffet in the evening. This made it really convenient while traveling with 3 small children. The staff was very friendly and professional throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located downtown which made this location easily accessible to most things around it. Parking being 39 bucks a night is the only downside.
