The room and staff were excellent. Our only complaint was that we are night owls. The casino is open 24/7 but bars adn restaurants all close early. there needs to be a 24 hour place for food and drink

The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Gregory, in the breakfast area, was especially helpful and friendly. My husband recently had his leg amputated and this was our first trip since then. The manager and front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful. It is a wonderful place to stay!

First time staying here… location .. location… location.. stayed for a weekend for casino / pirates game… this place is PERFECT… free valet parking rooms were pricey… however can’t beat the location along with amenities. My son and I stayed at this hotel as we flew in from Chicago to see a Pittsburgh Pirates Cubs baseball game. The hotel was very modern clean and everything exceeded our expectations. PNC Park was less than a mile walking and the streets were very safe. We even had time to go right across the street to do a tour of the Steelers football stadium, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean. It and the bathroom were very spacious. There was a ledge/desk that worked well for the one day that I had to work. There's an iron and hair dryer provided. Free parking is a huge perk this close to ballparks. Free breakfast lasted for 4 hours! It was decent and had lots of options. Overall great option!
