"The room was nice, a lot smaller than expecting. Disappointed that the pool wasn’t as nice as it seemed. Not stocked with towels, and was overly crowded by rowdy people. Not sure if there was an event going on, but kids running everywhere. Also can hear people in the hallway clearly as well as neighbors. "

"I cannot even being to explain just how friendly the staff are. The staff working the buffet were SO pleasant, coming around with huge smiles to make small talk and emphasize that if you need anything at all to let them know. The complimentary breakfast, dinner, and the drink coupons (one free, two for $1 each) were awesome each day at happy hour. The room was clean and quiet and the staff held our luggage after checkout until our conference was done for the day. Would 100% stay here again. "
