I have stayed many times to visit my son who attends CMU. This hotel is closest one to the campus that surrounded with good restaurant options. It is about 5 to 10 mins walk to both CMU and Pitts.

I checked in late and exhausted. The staff member that checked me in was super friendly and kind. He asked my preference for floor and near or away from the elevator. The location of this hotel is very convenient for visiting my children at Pitt and CMU.

After my first stay here with family during Pitt’s admitted student day, I’ve chosen this hotel every time I come out to Pitt- four times now? It’s clean and there is a spa-like scent that wafts through the whole building. The location in the center of campus cannot be beat, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable.
