Room was fine. Front desk manager fine. We had a strobe light with a faulty light fixture basically all night. Complained about it, hotel manager tried to fix it. No luck. But why on earth did you charge me for parking when there is no other option. Customer has no other choice. Bad business. I understand parking has a cost, but I had no choice to change the decision. Money grab. Shameful.

They have just renovated the this hotel, and it is very nice. The room was very large and comfortable. The mattress was great. The blackout curtains really worked. There are nice areas to eat and relax in the lobby area. I would definitely stay there again.

Front desk clerk was friendly but hard to understand, She talked so fast about the details of the hotel I missed most of it. However the guy in the evening at the food and bar counter was awesome. The tile in the shower could use a cleaning or redo. But overall was a good stay

The hotel is very new, clean, and comfortable. About a 10 min drive from the airport, so very convenient for a stay when I got in late and unwilling to drive the 1.5 hours home. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's going to be my go-to Pittsburgh airport hotel.
