「Beautiful location. Wonderful service」

「The geographical location is very good.」

「Very good 」

「Great location, cross street to the river trail and the free train to downtown. Excellent breakfast choices with 5 star hotel quality. Staffs are friendly.」

「Cleanness: Very poor. The room was very dusty and did not feel fresh or properly cleaned. I am not sure when the room was last thoroughly cleaned. The blanket and pillows also felt dusty, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, the cleanliness was disappointing and fell well below my expectations. Based on my experience, I don't think the hotel deserves the high ratings shown on Expedia. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its housekeeping...

「After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! The location is average and the charge is high, and you can only choose to pay for breakfast! The experience is very bad.」

「早上和下午的免費餐點很優」

「Very nice place for a family to stay, close to CMU and PU campus and point of view on the hill. I will come back next time and stay longer.」

「Hard to get to on game day. Plus you should let guests know you have parking on game days.」

「Very clean and comfortable. Located in a shopping area, with free concert nearby from Monday to Thursday. Extended our stay twice, just to stay two more nights in this hotel.」

「Good location to shopping mall or airport.」
