Enjoyed our girls trip to see a concert at the stadium. Ubers were easy to get and quick rides, loved the location. Breakfast was great too! The rooms are big and were perfect for us.

The hotel has seen a lot of love. However, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is cordial and respectful. It is in a great location with walking distance to downtown and 30 min walk to PNC park. Would definitely stay here again.

The lobby and entrance way were very nice and clean The hotel was great if you're seeing an event like we were at the PPG Arena But the room was dated old and very dirty. It had a smell when we first got there like weed and justice wasn't clean or and was rundown. The staff at the check in were very nice easy to deal with

The hotel staff did an excellent job handling the large amount of guests in town for a concert next door. Although the bar/restaurant was extremely busy before the concert, the wait staff did an amazing job taking care of everyone and their orders.

We walked to and from the Pirates game with no problem. The parking was simple and safe. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the lobby was beautiful and spotless. Bed was comfy, room large and clean, but a little tired in decor. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan and the shower grout needs better cleaning products.

we arrived to find our King suite was facing a brick wall, and the bed was hard and creaky. They moved us to another room a few floors up and it was much better, but the bed was still uncomfortable, the bathroom shower curtain smelled like mildew and the shower took 5 minutes to get hot. The lobby and pool area are nicely rennovated, but the rooms need a lot of work. I'd say skip this one
