"I was checked into a dirty room and, when I went to front desk, I was sent to a guest services that had me waiting over an hour because the person who assisted me didn't provide the appropriate guidance to rectify the situation. They offered a deep clean of my room. Housekeeping stopped by but didn't do the deep clean, instead a quick wipe here and there. They offered to change my room the following day but I was only there for 2 days so that offer didn't make sense. They explained that no refund or discounts could be applied for the inconvenience so I was stuck with this situation and eager to leave. Bottom line, my vacation started off on the wrong foot and I was only there for 2 nights so I barely got to enjoy my time there. As I explained to the staff, this will be my first and last time vacationing here. "

"THE BAR STUFF TRIED THE BEST WITH WHAT THEY GOT. ROOMS AIRCONDITION WORKED FINE.IT WAS NOT HOT AT THE TIME MY FREND AND I WERE THERE.IT'S ALL ABOUTH THE MONEY THERE. "Es un lugar sensillo para pasar unos dia tranquilo. Lo mejot de todo es whe tiene una cosina para tu cosinar tu propia comida. Y sobre todo la limpieza 10 de 10. No es algo lujoso pero si. Tranquilo y limpio. La nevera es sensilla pero enfrio en un dosnpor tres. "
