「I really felt like I was at home I would go back there again」

「It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again....

「Beautiful hotel room. Small but well arranged. Comfy bed and pillows with quality sheets. Even has a little balcony and patio to sit and sip coffee. Lovely restaurant and bakery next door for breakfast/dinner/yummy pizza & amazing baked goodies. Highly recommend! 」

「No no no!!!!These shameful people.They said property would not be ready until 6pm.They send someone to get me by630.Yhey took CB me to an entirely different location.They said I only need be there for one night until my orringal place was ready. There was no hot water and no AC.I refused to stay,, the ask e for cab.. Because I did not stay at this substitute they then said I could not stayyvbh」

「Fue horrible, la mujer que me atendió fue súper grosera por teléfono, avisó media hora DESPUÉS de la hora del check in que cancelaba la reservación, entiendo que no tenía agua en la propiedad pero eso debió avisarlo por lo menos un día antes, nos dejó a mi familia y a mi sin alojamiento ese mismo día! Horrible experiencia 」

「Truly a Diamond in the rough, a must place to stay. The Villas are incredibly beautiful, clean and spacious. The owner and staff are just wonderfully polite and accommodating. The owner plans on opening a Tapas type restaurant on the property this will just enhance the stay at this beautiful place.」

「I will never attend to this place again really bad experience a lot of things were broken down to the toilets air conditioners and some of the chairs the customer service was terrible no help with anything and I had to pay additional money after I booked and paid for the rooms I felt I was robbed 」

「I chose this hotel because it presents itself as a luxury resort, with rates around $400 per night. Unfortunately, the quality of the room and the overall condition of the property did not meet what would reasonably be expected at that price point. The main curtain in my room was covered in visible paint stains and remained that way throughout my stay.
