The property iz nice, but the front desk service was horrible. Once i arrived to the resort, my itinerary had changed without me knowing. I went to the other check in place and they were only two workers behind the desk attending many customers that had just arrived at the resort or guest that were already there. I waited over 45 minutes in the lobby before i was seen. Mind you it HOT inside of the resort and i was getting very aggie. They should have had more workers assisting with the influx of customers at this time (check in times).

There wasn’t much that we liked on this property. Our AC wasn’t working and they took more than 4 hours of supposedly fixing it to then switch my room. The next room they switch us to was old and super outdated. They refused to accommodate me and my family for a proper dinner. The staff wasn’t very helpful. You have to pay for everything even the smallest things. Something provided by every hotel and resort like a safe to keep your valuables, you have to pay for. First and last time I go there. And I will never recommend it to anyone

The property is huge combined 5 resorts together lots of walking , the risen I am giving 3 is because I got food poisoning and still recovering from it, the staff is amazing, they try their best with the training they got a big give up to VIP beach crew special Segundo ,food was ok but poorly kept and that’s why I got seek , they say you get what you pay and that’s what happened.

Don’t ever go there, the beach is not close to the hotels, you have to take a bus that comes every 25 minutes and you wait under the sun wasting time, they are so not organize at the front desk. You have to wake up at 8 to make a dinner reservation you can’t make it over the phone!!! Then you have to pick up a ticket at 1pm to be able to go for dinner!!! All the bars are close at 6pm, the pools at 7pm, you can’t get a descent beer, some of them tasted like vinegar. There is only one main bar that is far away from the accommodations… how is it possible that everything closes at 6 when you are on vacation!!!! Overall the place and service was horrible, the kids room smelled like sewer and the worst no WiFi!!! They charge you $7 per hour! The whole idea of that place is to make you buy a lifestyle vacation so they make you waste 2 hours explaining and showing you the place. Anyway I can go on for hours. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

The personal needs more training, very rude and not helpful at all. The room they gave us was in an area they were remodeling, it was abandoned and with a lot of men looking at us while we walk… we were all woman by our self’s, very scary staying and walking in and out of the room at any time of the day
