「The check-in process was a bit tedious, but that was due to Expedia, not the hotel. To keep a positive experience, the hotel staff was very kind and upgraded us to a beautiful room. We were a family of four, including a 7-year-old child, and each of us had our own bed and private bathroom, which was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the waiters, and especially the bar staff. The entertainment was excellent; the girl who organized the karaoke had...
