"The staff were generally very helpful and friendly and really tried to please. However, our room was furnished with very old furnishings and stank of mould. The fridge was ancient and dripped water inside; the bathtub soap dispenser was broken (but was replaced when we requested it). Also, the lock to the sliding doors was broken, as well as the lock to the only window. We put pens into the window well and my cane at the bottom of the sliding doors. The black-out curtains were ripped and let in light at night. We stayed for the excellent variety of food offered and for the long strand of beach with older trees and palms that offered lots of shade if desired. Also, the pool area was quite large and didn't feel crowded. The amenities were good too; as you could go over to a portion of the Senator side which offered a free Pizza joint, Coffee & Pastry Bar & Ice Cream shop. "

"The property is quite new (still upgrading). Phenomenal staff, very pleasant, helpful and attentive. It's the perfect place to just relax (pure R&R); great pools with priceless views of the mountains. The property is equipped with a restaurant, bar & cigar store. As for the room it gives a beach cottage feel when you walk in, with the wood furniture and white linens. Kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, stove top and a coffee machine. Private parking available. Safe to walk around off property. Beautiful private beach, not walking distance, need a golf cart (available for rent). Special thanks to Alexis (ready to solve any issues), Claudia, Ruth, Felix Alexandro (security - very attentive).The property owner is always around making sure guests are okay. The property is clean and well kept, room for minor finishing touches and constant hot water (if that's for you). "

"Hi, I cannot say enough excellent things, but I guess if I had to start at the top, I would say I took a taxi from the airport and I showed up at this amazing place and when I stepped out of the car, somebody greeted me by name and I was so confused and he looked at me and he said excuse me do you speak English because I was so stunned. I was like who could possibly know me here…. And that’s how I was treated…. like family. It was amazing! I feel like the listing doesn’t do it justice what this is like is staying at a friend’s mansion! This is not at all a hotel. It’s a friend’s place an amazing friends place."

"Overall we had a great time. We stayed here for a full week and loved the pools, the spa, the beach bed setup and the beach itself. We had the VIP wristbands but needed to be "members" to eat anywhere else on the resort which is massive. So with just the buffet, the food was very medicore. Also, nothing is explained to you about what you do or don't have access to on the property which is difficult, you have to ask a lot of questions. The beach area for VIPs had a sushi bar which was VERY good so I ate that for the most part. A big disappointment was that the whole week we were there, our shower was very cold and sometimes didn't even turn on at all. One night the power was out and we were all eating in the dark. Another minor issue was our room did not come with a TV remote and we requested one about 5 times and never got one. Besides those issues, rooms were clean and everyone working was super nice. If you stay here, walk down the beach and you'll find some guys in a shop that you can book excursions through, I recommned using them since they are local guys and will take care of you your whole trip! Ask for Anthony. "

"Es un lugar sensillo para pasar unos dia tranquilo. Lo mejot de todo es whe tiene una cosina para tu cosinar tu propia comida. Y sobre todo la limpieza 10 de 10. No es algo lujoso pero si. Tranquilo y limpio. La nevera es sensilla pero enfrio en un dosnpor tres. "
