「Yes rooms are very clean, the entire resort is clean. I had an issue with the shower faucet and it was fixed immediately. Staff very polite. Plenty of bottled water available. Restaurant service slow which should be expected in Mexico,so be prepared to slow down. The Presidente is wonderful!!」

「A lovely unique boutique hotel. Located within a easy walk from the ferry terminal. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony had a small table with chairs and I enjoyed lounging in the hammock. Breakfast was tasty, coffee, juice, fruit, sweet bread, toast and eggs served in different style daily. This hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Thank-you! 」

「Very nice find! Nice staff, great rooms, clean and well organized with view on the central area. Not sure if the inner courtyard was under renos but there was a number of construction tools and material that could have been cleaned up. Would go again!」

「Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. 」

「Standard all inclusive, good variety of food items to choose from though some inconsistencies from day to day and they seemed to run out of a number of items each day. My room was kept spotless and housekeeping was pretty respectful of some afternoon work meetings I had to take and fridge restocked daily for which I greatly appreciated. I extended my trip by a day due to flight delays and had to downgrade my room due to full occupancy which was totally understandable but I was able to recheck in...
