「The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean but there was no hot water.and the stairs are not kept up there broken tile on the steps.dangerous. Otherwise the hotel was and parking was good for the 2 nights we stayed there.thank you all and we’ll definitely return there next time.😊😊」

「First of all the pool closes at 9pm even on wknds No fridge inside the room for your leftovers or keep your water cold. Ice is not free or provided in the property, they want you to purchase it. There’s no AC in the rooms. The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to puerto Nuevo restaurants 5 min walk !!! The view as well is amazing」

「Really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Tijuana Airport. The location is excellent, convenient and feels very safe. It has that classic Hilton feel you used to see in the U.S., with visible security rather than relying only on keycard elevators, which I appreciated. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the beds were especially nice. Overall, it’s a great spot whether you’re traveling with your girlfriend, wife, or family. I’d definitely stay here again」

「La habitación es aceptable, a excepcion que no dejaron papel sanitario tuvimos que ir por él a recepción, y llegamos antes entendimos que no podíamos pasar si no hasta las 3, y eran las 2:55 cuando preguntamos, no son nada atentos los de recepción,.」

「Worst check in and check out ever . They ask for a cash deposit then they find anything in the room that is wrong if you did it or not to take from your deposit. There is no boat like in the photo . The jacuzzi on property where not even 80 degrees just over all a very bad place to stay i would rather pay you to stay somewhere else . Very scrappy place even maintenance on the place was very bad . Elevator felt like it was going to fall apart .」
