Sent me to room 217 to check room out. Room was dirty and nasty. Where air conditioning heating combination. Supposed to be below window was missing out of the room. You could clearing see to the outside. So it was an unsecured room. Went back down to front desk. Lady said the would refund me. Said she didn’t know the unit...
