「Elevators were broken part of the time so had to use stairs to 5th floor for a couple days, or try to hunt down a person to take us to the freight elevator. One of the two elevators was fixed for the rest of the stay.」

「The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! 」
