"You can't beat the location, full stop. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean and stocked well, not to mention the hotel staff are kick to meet requests. On the downside, the rooms are very small and there is limited storage to accommodate a week long stay. There is a restaurant on prem, but it is not for casual eating. "

"Generally good after a very slow queue for check-in (20 minutes). Friendly and attentive staff (although not quite enough of them?). Food great and cocktail bar fine. One of the main lobby lifts kept malfunctioning- nobody on had to fix it? - so there were some long waits there too (minimum 5 minutes at some times). "

"Location is excellent but mattress is terrible. The mattress was like a slide, it was very worn out. Requested the hotel not to enter my room, and they entered it twice every day without my consentment due maintenance issues, plumbing, sewage, leaks, …. I never reported an issue, but they had an excuse to enter it. Maintenance team went inside my bathroom and closed the door and never saw any repairs. The first day they left a mess in my bathroom, second day they left the shower sewage open, I complained about that, and the maintenance guy told me I could close it. It is not my job to do their job. Restaurant high tea time pretty expensive for the quality. I would not recommend it. Requested two time helps with taxi, they ignored me “ go outside and find it yourself” Manager told me due maintenance issues, she was going to process a partial refund for compensation, never did. Not the worst, not the best. The day I left they did not want to print the confirmation my account/ expenses account was closed. They had a voucher open and did not wanted to print a confirmation it was closed. They blamed Expedia for everything. "

"Yes The bed sheets changed every 4 nights ! Since I changed my room due to noise from adjacent disco the next day The sheets weren’t change for basically all time I was there "

"Good location, wifi not great and my room was facing a builders yard so very noisy late in to the evening. Can also hear every door in the corridor slamming shut. "

"Lovely, clean, compact and comfortable room right in the heart of Covent Garden. I had everything i needed, the staff were great, good quality tea and coffee in the room. It felt very secure and i would definitely stay again. Less than 10 mins walk to the underground at Covent Garden or Leicester Square. A great stay!"

"The only good thing about this hotel is that it was clean and conveniently located. The website made it look as though it was going to be a luxurious stay, it was not! I would not have liked to stay here alone, as there was a large gap under the door, no lock on the bathroom door and no phone in the room. Very, very noisy. There was no kettle, no spare towels or pillows. The shower set of the fire alarm and were then told off for smoking in the room by the staff… when we had not at all been smoking. So next showers included keeping bathroom door open, window open and trying to make sure the shower was not too hot. Which could be awkward depending on who you are traveling with. The lobby was very strange. The impression I got from the website was not met when the reception is a table with boxes propping up laptops. I have never had to queue for a hotel lift before, especially when there are 4 of them. But we had to give up waiting for them to come after a while and attempt to find the stairs, which was another challenge. We did not use the cafes or restaurants just because the vibe in the rest of the hotel was a bit odd. I think some redecoration or something to at least make it feel more like the website would help. "
