菲律賓飯店式公寓

「Every time I stay in Y2 when I came to Manila. Hi love the location and service for aY2 hotel. But now this hotel was changed and became not friendly. When I asking the reason, the official response is new hotel policy. If it make the hotel better and more lovely, that you I’ll be good move. But it makes the hotel not so good as before. I didn’t enjoy my stay for this time and I may not go here anymore 」

「Breakfast arrangement is terrible, restaurant small Long queue to wait for 30 mins to get in 」

「Near the airport, big rooms , need to upgrade bathroom and improve hot water in shower.」

「No microwave as listed. Pool was not free and only takes gcash. Room reserved for 4 people but only supplies for 2….. towels,slippers, water. Listing had a couch but there is none. Host has never replied to my messages.」

「It is a nice hotel. Clean, spacious. The staff is helpful.」

「Not the Malayan Plaza I knew. What has happened? Our room was old and run-down. Toilet shower partition was falling apart, our kitchen area was thick with grime. Owner and management should seriously consider to making this place the way it was. Very disappointed. :(」

「Staff were very friendly no complaint with that. But there’s small roaches running around my room I have to call them to spray. Waiting for the elevator was the worst and had a bad smell.」

「Pros: near SM, big fridge, good WiFi connection, easy check-in. Cons: Broken furnitures, lights, plugs. Nasty pull out bedding, and dirty pillow. Stained, discolor towels. Molds on the bathroom. Room has strong odor (a mix of sewage and a fabcon smell).」

「Everything you need is there. Swimming pool, pool tables, table tennis, internet lounge (apartment has too), supermarket downstairs, restaurants, walking distance to Anytime Fitness and walking distance to Poblacion :)」
